Zendesk is seeking a Global Campaign Marketing Manager to drive global demand campaigns, with a particular focus on creating demand in the Employee Service (ES) space with a core focus on HR and IT buyer personas. This role will be instrumental in nurturing open opportunities and building a pipeline to grow our Employee Service solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with regional marketing, product marketing, and sales teams to create integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and bookings.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in demand generation for B2B SaaS solutions. Experienced in developing content strategies, marketing campaigns, working with event speakers, and evolving messaging for the various stages of the buyer journey. You should be a team player with strong influence management, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a willingness to learn new AI and marketing technologies. Responsibilities
Campaign development: Support the development of global, full funnel demand content such as digital events, analyst reports, demos, customer stories, datasheets, nurture campaigns etc. Partner with product marketing and utilize data-driven analysis to understand target audience segmentation, align campaign and product messaging, and develop an effective and compelling content and campaign strategy. Understand and articulate the buyer's journey for our solutions in the context of campaigns.
Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with teams across the marketing organization including product marketing, brand & creative, localization, customer and regional field marketing to deliver integrated demand campaigns that are globally relevant.
Global Partnership: Partner with regional marketing teams to execute the global campaign within the AMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions. Responsible for helping to define and build a repeatable marketing strategy and execution model which is packaged up into Marketing Kits that our regional and channel marketing teams can use to execute activities within each region.
Measure & Optimize: Collaborate closely with marketing analytics to set pipeline targets for each campaign, evaluate campaign and channel performance, and implement data-driven optimizations to meet objectives.
Qualifications
2-5 years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven experience in leading global marketing campaigns for B2B audiences
Strong writing and messaging skills for senior level buyer personas
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and working with external agencies
Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Creative, innovative, and solutions-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and program improvement
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Data-driven approach to campaign optimization and performance tracking
Strong communication skills across all levels, from marketing and sales teams to executive stakeholders
Positive, collaborative, and energetic, with a focus on building effective relationships and influencing change
Bias for action and high-quality results with a focus on timely delivery
Where We Work:
In this role, you’ll work primarily remotely with the support of a dynamic and caring team. Zendesk provides digital tools and experiences to ensure collaboration and connection, even when remote. While we’re digital-first, you’ll have the flexibility to join us in our offices or flex office spaces as needed. We also bring our team together occasionally for in-person connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration.
Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
