Job Description

Who we're looking for

As an Associate Solutions Consultant at Zendesk, you'll play a crucial role in customer and employee experience (CX and EX) solutions. In this collaborative position, you'll use your technical skills and sales expertise to guide and support our customers and prospects. Your goal is to facilitate product selection and serve as a technical liaison between our Sales team and potential clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the sales team by providing technical and functional support on key opportunities.

  • Quickly understand customer requirements and demonstrate how Zendesk’s solutions meet them.

  • Manage and present technical information during remote calls and video conferences.

  • Drive customer satisfaction by successfully implementing technical solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with your team to challenge, support, and celebrate each other's achievements.

  • Continuously hone your industry insights and business value selling skills in our fast-paced environment.

  • Focus and commit to securing wins and contributing to our world-class customer experience.

What you bring to the role

  • 2-3 years of related experience, with at least 1 year of software pre-sales experience.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.

  • Proven problem-solving skills, meeting business requirements with technical solutions.

  • An enthusiastic and motivated attitude, excelling in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Obvious passion and people skills to inspire confidence among colleagues and clients.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

  • Strong technical background with awareness of web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications.

  • Ability to work strictly to deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in or with call centers, including an understanding of standard methodologies and standard processes.

  • Proven track record in driving customer satisfaction and technical implementations.
