Reporting to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Lifecycle Marketing Manager. Develop and manage comprehensive B2B lifecycle marketing campaigns that engage and move customers from awareness through to purchase, adoption, renewal, and advocacy. Utilize sophisticated segmentation and personalization tactics across multiple channels including email, social media, and web platforms to ensure each communication is impactful and meaningful.

What you'll be doing

Strategy

  • Design and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that effectively guide potential customers down the funnel from awareness to decision-making.
  • Partner with sales, product, and content teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and goal alignment across channels.

Segmentation and Personalization

  • Develop and execute sophisticated segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalized marketing messages to diverse user groups.

Campaign Management

  • Oversee and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring integration and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Continuously test and optimize marketing tactics based on the latest trends and data insights to enhance lifecycle marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling and educational content that supports lifecycle stages and drives conversions.

Data Analysis, Reporting and Insights

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and customer engagement; use data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Work with customer service and sales teams to gather insights and feedback, informing customer personas and journey mapping.

What you bring to the role

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in lifecycle or CRM marketing.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful omni-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong quantitative skills, able to draw actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent project management skills, leading projects from conception through to completion.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and HubSpot CRM.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and other testing methodologies.
  • Experience in segmentation and personalization across multiple channels.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $106,000.00-$158,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
