We’re looking for an experienced Revenue Operations professional to join our revenue team as a strategic partner reporting directly to our VP, Revenue Operations. This role will be responsible for managing our sales tech stack, optimizing workflows, developing sales and SDR programs, and ensuring data integrity for accurate reporting and insights. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to enable scalable growth and drive strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will quickly gain a solid understanding of LeanData’s org structure, business processes, and culture and will build relationships with key groups. This strategic long-term thinker will have the analytical skills to respond to requested changes and identify recommendations / solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
Sales Tech Stack Management & Optimization
Own the LeanData Sales technology stack - Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Xactly.
Optimize the sales technology stack, including CRM, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
Evaluate and implement new tools to improve efficiency and sales performance.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless tool integrations.
Process Management & Documentation
Design, document, and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and alignment across teams.
Establish best practices and ensure adherence to standardized workflows.
Partner with stakeholders to enhance deal execution and pipeline management.
Sales & SDR Programs
Develop and implement strategic sales programs to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
Support SDR enablement by optimizing prospecting strategies, lead management, and outreach processes.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to design incentive programs and performance metrics.
Data Management, Reporting & Dashboards
Ensure data integrity and governance within the CRM and other reporting tools.
Build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key sales metrics and performance trends.
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive decision-making.
Pipeline Management & Forecasting
Develop and maintain a structured pipeline management process to improve visibility and predictability.
Partner with Sales Leadership to refine forecasting methodologies and ensure accuracy.
Analyze pipeline trends, identify risks, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Implement best practices to improve pipeline hygiene and conversion rates.
Who you are:
6+ years of software / SaaS experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, order management, billing and accounts receivable operations.
Expertise in managing CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tech stacks.
Excellent computer skills with MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Solid planning and prioritization skills.
Process-oriented with a passion for optimization and scalability.
Demonstrates high energy with the ability to remain flexible and change priorities in a challenging and fast-paced environment
Proven ability to work autonomously with strong oral and written communication skills and customer service skills is required, as well as eagerness to learn and take on challenges in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.
Must be a team player and self-starter.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
