What You Will Do As A Anti-Fraud Operator.

• Fraud Identification and Prevention: Analyze tasks and behaviors to detect and prevent fraud, including identity and bank account verification.
• Suspicious Activity Investigation: Investigate fraud alerts and document suspicious cases for reporting.
• Quality Assurance and SLA Compliance: Review tasks to ensure quality and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Operational Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Detect automation failures, report incidents, and ensure their resolution.
• Request Management and Reporting: Monitor and support requests through designated channels and generate detailed reports on failures and fraud.
• Effective Collaboration and Communication: Maintain fluid communication with the team, including leaders and other members, and participate in team activities.

The Skills and Experience You Bring

• Passion for operational excellence and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese as a plus.
• Experience with task grading platforms is a plus.
• Previous experience as an operator is desirable but not required.
