Key job responsibilities

• Manage the short and medium term forecast, capacity and peak planning for Gig worker supply
• Work in partnership with operations team to set optimal network plans and transportation choices to meet on-time delivery goals
• Inspect demand forecasts, capacity plans critically and challenge assumptions from business teams
• Provide high quality inputs and garner alignment with finance and leadership teams
• Identify and evaluate potential risks/obstacles within both internal and external business environment with minimal direction
• Evaluate historic performance to enhance or create new projects for user engagement

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience as planning demand and/or Capacity on a Supply Chain related field.
• Business level of written and spoken English
• Experience with data modeling and forecasting
• Be able to deal with a high degree of ambiguity.
• Strong analytical skills to be able to justify the decisions and approaches with data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supply chain / Logistics planning
• Advanced experience with SQL, BI and Data modeling tools
