Join us, and build the future of logistics with the best humans around!

  • Build rough prototypes and other prompts to assist with field research
  • Run online and in-person user studies, recruit participants, collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data
  • Collaborate with designers to turn user study results into design recommendations and directions that will improve the user experience of Zipline delivery
  • Present and discuss research findings to interdisciplinary teams of stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and designers

What You'll Bring

  • You’re currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology or Cognitive Science
  • You have experience in applying human-centered research techniques to product definition and designs
  • You have a core understanding of UX and design processes, preferably through college-level coursework or direct experience
  • You’ve planned and run UX research studies including user interviews, desktop research, usability testing, and surveys to gather valuable insights into user behaviors
  • Your work is showcased in a portfolio that demonstrates you experience with core UX research methodologies and skillsets
