You excel in developing release strategies and iterating on existing products to enhance their performance. With an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction, you have a track record of working effectively with diverse internal stakeholders and external users, valuing collaboration as much as delivering outstanding results.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the Product Lead to bring the product vision to life, managing the product roadmap, documenting product strategy, maintaining the feature backlog, and coordinating releases with internal and external teams.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including Data, User Experience, and Customer Success, to define system requirements, meet evolving needs, and ensure client satisfaction and product quality.
  • Analyze various product inputs, translate them into stakeholder requirements, design solution architectures, and develop compelling business cases for new product development.
  • Evaluate and manage engineering needs against customer requirements while quickly prioritizing, cutting scope, and shipping and ensuring adequate functionality for end users.
  • Seek inspiration and insights by regularly visiting customers, reviewing software, and exploring products that address similar challenges in different domains.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Leads to synchronize the Technology Roadmap and ensure alignment with product objectives.
  • Own the overall product release plan, fostering effective communication and coordination with other teams.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of Product experience building exceptional software apps for ordering or delivery.
  • 3+ years experience conducting customer research and interviews, with an ability to apply diverse design methodologies.
  • Track record of owning and launching products from inception to first release.
  • Experience in continuous improvement of existing products and building workflow-enhancing tools.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for driving progress.
  • Strong execution mindset, willing to take initiative and get things done.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in rapidly changing environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional user and design mindset, focusing on usability and creating intuitive experiences.
  • Critical thinking skills with fast learning ability, diving into problem details and delivering creative solutions.

Note: Nice-to-have qualifications include prior experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, mentoring others, and working with global, multi-language markets.
