We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to assist our Head of North American Sales. This person will provide administrative support and help the overall effectiveness of the Head of Sales and sales department. This is a great opportunity to get exposure to different areas of the business and the field of digital ad-tech.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a wide range of administrative tasks for the sales department
  • Work closely with all levels of the sales team across the United States and Canada, internal and external executives, executive assistants, and other professionals within our client’s organizations
  • Manage calendars and schedule complex meetings for executives to optimize their time and efficiency
  • Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting materials, and follow-up actions
  • Book travel and accommodations for business trips and events
  • Manage expense reports, reconcile receipts, and track expenses to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement
  • Be proactive in anticipating needs of executives
  • Maintain meeting room bookings and handle required setups for meetings
  • Assist in planning and executing team and client events and gifting
  • Provide office management for our New York City office including team and office events
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in an executive support or administrative role
  • Experience in sales or marketing environment preferred
  • Proven ability to think on your feet and anticipate needs
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of staff
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint/Keynote) and Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Google Drive) a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Desire to be a team player and proactively partner with other executive assistants on projects

Compensation (for US based employees):

The anticipated base salary for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
