What you’ll do:

In this role you’ll be the technological face of the measurement product, Atrium. You will lead a cross-functional product department with expertise in front end, back end, and reporting. By deeply understanding your internal and external customers and working closely with technology and business stakeholders, you will uncover opportunities and then work with your department to provide unique and impactful solutions.

  • Lead a strong team of product managers specializing in understanding content on behalf of brands. Your team will be responsible for content on the largest social media platforms in the world including YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the product organization. Including setting and executing the company's strategic vision for the future.

  • Lead the engineering team between known work to be done and discovering what our customer truly wants. You may not always preach scrum, but you understand that an agile mindset is required.

  • Foster collaboration between various product and technical focused teams. You have a keen eye for how to effectively organize development teams to drive forward our strategic value

  • Run data-driven experiments to tactical decisions

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to constantly show the value of the decisions you and your team make

  • Champion new approaches to product management within the team and with stakeholders

  • Coordinate with the Product team to release features across various products/services

  • Bring a ruthless mentality to prioritization and making tactical trade-offs

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in product management at a technology company

  • 1+ years of management experience

  • An established track record of working with engineering teams of all shapes and sizes

  • Professional experience with rigorous Product Management processes, frameworks, and templates

  • Metrics driven approach to delivering product value

  • Willingness to jump in and solve hard problems with intense curiosity

  • A strong passion for data (both qualitative and quantitative)

  • Ability to learn/understand complex technical systems/processes and explain them to customers and senior leaders in terms they understand

  • Experience working with advertisers or in advertising technology

Compensation (for US based employees):

The anticipated salary for this position is between $225,000 and $300,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
