Position Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing a variety of marketing initiatives to drive growth and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our marketing campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, excellent project management skills, and experience managing and facilitating both in-person and virtual events.
What your day to day will look like:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person conferences, webinars, and events to promote our brand and engage with our target audience.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective lead generation and nurturing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Experience in managing logistics around in-person conferences.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
