Overview
Verkada is the startup reinventing physical security through Hybrid Cloud and AI. As the Verkada Field Marketing Manager for France, you will be responsible for Verkada's presence in the region and a core part of the team expanding our footprint across EMEA.
In this role you will
- Represent marketing in the country to sales, customers and partners.
- Define and refine field marketing strategies & processes.
- Develop and plan with your marketing peers the overall regional marketing plan to meet customer, demand generation, growth, and revenue objectives for your region. This involves collaborating with sales, external influencers, channel partners, the EMEA Demand Gen Hub.
- Execute best-in-class region and local language campaigns, both direct and with partners. This includes thought leadership, trade shows, lunch & learns, technical hands-on workshops, roundtables, webinars, top account marketing, and other tactics as appropriate.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to tactically engage key target accounts
- Devise and execute marketing experiments to meet the unique requirements of your region and scale and automate successful campaigns that have shown strong ROI.
- Closely track budgets, lead flow and follow-up, and results against goals. Communicate status, action items, results, and deliverables across marketing and sales.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of events marketing and demand generation experience in B2B, preferably with a fast growing tech company.
- Proven track record executing innovative and multi-part event and demand generation programs.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, including a high level of expertise using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
- Ability to travel as needed to events & conferences.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance, technology, or sciences.
- Full English and French language fluency.

- Understanding of how to work with Value Added Resellers and Distributors.

- Ability to engage customers and partners in dialogue about their business needs and security solutions.
