This mission has become urgent. Ukraine is engaged in a war for survival with Russia. China regularly flies nuclear-capable bombers into Taiwan and Japan’s airspace. The US and our allies are fighting a war of deterrence with woefully outdated technology. We build software to support these missions, including providing battlefield information to allies, identifying malign activity, and helping the US deter and deescalate conflict.

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated candidate to join our Mission Enablement team to support our fast growing Mission team.

What you’ll do

Partner with our Mission Enablement team to build culture and maintain connectedness across the company
Plan and execute corporate events, industry conferences and team offsites
Manage calendars, arrange travel and book critical meetings between internal teams and external clients
Engage key personnel within the executive offices of our DoD clients
Help grow and establish our Mission Enablement function

What we’re looking for

Adaptive and resilient mindset; proven track record of executing against vague or changing requirements
2+ years of experience in corporate event and or conference planning
2+ years of experience coordinating calendars across multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with or experience in the military or veteran affairs
Passion for injecting hospitality into every interaction and engagement with internal and external partners
Creative approaches to solving problems
Strong written and verbal communication

What we offer

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 + equity + 401K match. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, relevant education, and/or training.
