The Ultimate Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (Platform Engineer, Infrastructure) to join our Infrastructure & DevX squad. This is an exciting role where you'll have the opportunity to contribute significantly to how we scale and support our growing product offerings across multiple regions.

The main responsibilities are to architect, maintain, and enhance our cloud-based infrastructure across multiple regions. In this critical role, you will drive infrastructure automation, optimize system reliability, and ensure outstanding developer productivity.

  • Architect and Maintain Cloud Infrastructure: Design and build highly scalable cloud infrastructure solutions, ensuring reliability and performance.

  • Provision Key Infrastructure Components: Focus on the provisioning of networking infrastructure and other critical system elements.

  • Champion Automation: Automate infrastructure processes and deployments using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.

  • Build for Reliability: Proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.

  • Own Monitoring and Alerting: Build and maintain robust monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the health and stability of our applications.

  • Security & Monitoring Focus: Design and implement security-conscious network infrastructure and establish robust network monitoring practices to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.

We're looking for a communicative, experienced engineer who takes pride in building stable and performant systems, can take a lead in projects when needed and help the whole team succeed.

Who you are:

  • Experience: Significant expertise in the field of proven Infrastructure Engineering

  • Containerization Mastery: Extensive experience with Docker for hosting microservices at scale.

  • Kubernetes Orchestration: Production-level Kubernetes experience is essential.

  • GitOps Proficiency: Experience with ArgoCD or comparable GitOps tools.

  • Cloud Savvy: Deep familiarity with Google Cloud services; experience with AWS and/or Azure is a significant plus.

  • Observability Enthusiast: Demonstrated very good knowledge analyzing metrics, events, logs, and tracing and creating meaningful dashboards out of them.

  • Developer Productivity Mindset: Strong drive to improve developer workflows and efficiency through automation and self-service tools.

  • Security Minded : Solid understanding of network security concepts and mentoring the developers to follow best practices when it comes to security

  • Fluency in English, which is our company language

  • Final Interview with CTO & Hiring Manager: 45 mins
