This is a remote role that must be based in North America as it will require 30-40% travel around the region.

We are looking to hire a Partner Account Manager to develop and execute best practices around partner engagement and enablement. Reporting to the Director of Channel Partnerships, this role will own and execute go-to-market plans for Tines products and solutions to drive partner awareness, sales and technical expertise and revenue ramp. This role will engage closely with the Tines partner development managers, regional sales leaders, partner enablement and our channel solutions engineers.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage, scale and strengthen relationships with key channel partners
  • Define and execute Go-To-Market strategies with key partners
  • Define and execute the initial channel strategy for “outside security” automation partners
  • Source opportunities - Generate net new business and Add On business with a partner
  • Joint sell opportunities - Support to accelerate current pipeline to close through intentionally partnering
  • Develop partner delivery practices, develop solutions and go to market plans, and evangelize Tines’ technology with your partners
  • Ensure delivery readiness with partners by following “Partner Delivery Readiness” engagement model in conjunction with the services team
  • Collaborate cross functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on GTM plans and objectives
  • Manage and support partner enablement plans from start through to finish

What you bring with you:

  • 7+ years of experience supporting channel partners, alliances OR GSIs
  • Sales acumen; ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and functions to represent the interests, requirements and goals of Tines
  • Ability to influence and nurture executive relationships
  • Proven ability to convey technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Strong understanding of partnership programs for large cloud companies, including partner ecosystems, incentives, and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills as well as ability to iterate and innovate
  • Experience in measuring activity metrics to gauge success
  • Possess a consultative mindset and the ability to understand and address the unique needs of clients across various industries and lifecycles
  • Resourcefulness and creativity in resolving challenges, always maintaining a focus on the underlying objectives and motivations
  • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time

Compensation: $200-250k OTE
