The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to help us convert our growing pipeline of banks and fintechs into long-term customers. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role on our go-to-market team.
You’ll own the full sales cycle—from qualification to close—working directly with decision-makers at financial institutions to understand their governance challenges and how Themis can solve them. You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and leadership to refine our pitch, improve our sales processes, and drive real revenue.
We’re looking for someone who’s not just a seller, but a builder: someone who’s comfortable operating in ambiguity, crafting solutions on the fly, and jumping in wherever needed to make things happen.
What You’ll Do
Own and close deals from an active pipeline of banks and fintechs
Build strong relationships with compliance, risk, legal, and operations leaders
Run discovery calls, product demos, and procurement conversations end-to-end
Partner with product and marketing to shape our messaging and value proposition
Track pipeline health, provide accurate forecasts, and manage deals in CRM
Help define and evolve the sales playbook in a fast-scaling environment
Travel to meet clients where they are and attend conferences
About You
4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling into regulated industries
Proven success closing mid-market and enterprise-level deals (ACV $100K+)
Deep understanding of consultative selling and solution-based discovery
Tech savvy and quick to learn new tools, platforms, and workflows
Highly collaborative—you work well across teams and departments
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on tasks, proposals, and client needs
“Get shit done” mentality: you don’t wait to be told, you move
Experience working with or selling into banks, fintechs, or compliance teams
Bonus Points
Background in risk, legal, or compliance tech
Experience selling in a seed or Series A startup
Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Loom
Compensation
Base + commission + equity with OTE of $180,000-$240,000
Compensation Ranges are for New York City-based hires only: All salaries are subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive and/or earn equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and additional factors for such other locations.
