We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are looking for a strategic and dynamic leader to join our team as the Head of Growth.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented Head of Growth to join our team, out of our NYC offices. The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving and scaling our customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth and will report to the CEO in NYC. You will lead the development and execution of innovative growth strategies, working cross-functionally to optimize every stage of the customer journey and accelerate our company's expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth across all channels.

  • Oversee the B/D efforts and be the point of contact for Themis partnerships and resellers

  • Identify and analyze new growth opportunities, including market trends, emerging technologies, and innovative marketing approaches.

  • Lead the execution of growth initiatives, including but not limited to digital marketing, content marketing / thought leadership, social media, partnerships, and product optimization.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and provide regular reporting to senior management.

  • Drive a culture of experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making to optimize growth performance.


Initiatives & Metrics:

  • Business development

  • Own marketing strategy and execution to expand current client base (Newsletter, Campaigns, LinkedIn)

  • Own and grow existing partnership and one-off reseller relationships

  • Define and lead execution on RevOps processes and reporting

  • Manage all Themis Partners including integration partners, etc.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Lead and mentor a team of growth marketers, fostering a high-performance culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

  • Work with the product team to optimize the user experience, improve conversion rates, and drive product-led growth.

  • Partner with sales to align marketing and sales efforts, optimize the customer acquisition funnel, and drive revenue growth.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

  • Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key growth metrics, identify areas for improvement, and communicate results to stakeholders.

  • Utilize A/B testing, data analysis, and other optimization techniques to improve the performance of growth initiatives and maximize ROI.

  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools and technologies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and scale growth efforts.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a growth marketing, growth hacking, or related role, with a proven track record of driving significant and measurable growth.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful growth strategies in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Experience leading and managing a team of growth marketers, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing talent.

  • Early stage startup experience is highly preferred.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales.

  • Can commit to working in-office (NYC) 3 times a week.
