Seeking an Adult Psychiatric Nurse - RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered mental health care across inpatient stabilization units.

• Assess patient conditions, respond promptly to needs, and document care thoroughly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans promoting recovery.
• Serve as an advocate for patients and coordinate ongoing care with community support systems.
• Qualifications include RN license, Associate Degree or Diploma, BLS, and Crisis Intervention certification within specified timeframes.
• Experience in psychiatric care and the ability to handle acute psychiatric symptoms are preferred.
