Now a little more about what you could be doing as part of our team and contributing to Swift’s mission and vision. As a Cybersecurity Manager on the team you will be responsible for:
Driving engineering projects to identify threats and vulnerabilities in our infrastructure, software and system architectures
Defining cybersecurity requirements and security concepts and work with engineering teams to successfully deliver new software and hardware products for our self-driving vehicles
Working with engineering teams from concept through implementation, representing the consideration of security in the design throughout the process
Leading and/or participate in the following product security engineering activities:
Security architecture development
Threat modeling, attack trees, and security analyses
Security requirements development on the self-driving system as well as operations required for successful launches
Supporting security-related customer milestones and assessments
Analyzing tools for and results of vulnerability scanners, static code analyzers, etc
Required Skills/Abilities
Experience in automotive cyber-security or embedded systems
Ability to analyze threat and vulnerability information to prioritize for current and future architectures
Ability to develop and implement novel and advanced security analysis techniques
Familiarity with security design patterns for software and systems
Ability to develop and explain technical decisions and recommendations effectively with technical and non-technical audiences through verbal and written communications that lead to actionable and measurable improvements
Expertise applying and tailoring existing security practices such as the Cyber Threat Intel Standards (enisa, SANS, STIX), vulnerability management standards
Curiosity for designing to thwart threats and vulnerabilities that may not exist today
Desired Skills/Experience
Expertise applying and tailoring existing security practices such as the Cyber Security Standards (ISO 21434, SAE J3061), vulnerability management standards
Strong knowledge of security design on all layers.
Familiarity with CI/CD build eco system, one or more Programming Languages
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $190,000 - $228,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
