Job Description:
We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Rep to join our team at Supabase. In this role, you'll help us develop new sales opportunities, manage incoming sales inquiries, and support our growth initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Focus on outbound sales to create new opportunities.
Handle inbound sales tickets and spot potential sales leads.
Schedule meetings for our Field Sales Reps (FSRs).
Qualify initial opportunities.
Assist with new projects aimed at growing our revenue.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in the SaaS tech industry.
Bonus points for cloud and database knowledge.
Familiarity with Hubspot CRM to manage sales pipelines and related workflows
High energy and a strong work ethic.
Proven experience in a similar Inside Sales Rep role.
Comfortable working remotely with excellent time management skills.

Process
The entire process is fully remote and all communication will happen over email or via video chat.
Once you've submitted your application, the team will review your submission and may reach out for a short screening interview over a video call.
If you pass the screen you will be invited to up to four follow-up interviews.

The calls:
usually take between 20-45 minutes each depending on the interviewer.
most of the time, are all 1:1.
will be with the founders, a member of either the growth or engineering team (depending on the role) and usually one other person from your immediate team or function.

Once the interviews are over, the team will meet to discuss several roles and candidates and may:
ask one or two follow-up questions over email or a quick call.
