Role:

We are looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team! In this role, you will focus on building Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and G&A teams and make an immediate impact with wide-ranging responsibilities including actively sourcing and qualifying candidates, driving hiring strategies, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Ideal candidates come with a strong understanding of the technology industry and experience contributing to the development of the Talent Acquisition function.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), Product, and G&A (Finance, Legal, Operations)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies yielding a diverse pipeline of candidates by leveraging LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing methods
  • Coach and guide hiring managers on recruiting best practices, processes, interviewing/assessment strategies and tools
  • Provide a great candidate experience through effective communication and consistent follow through

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a startup or high-growth technology company
  • Experience using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proven ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive hiring goals
  • Data Science and/or Engineering recruiting experience, a plus
  • Agency experience, a plus
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States

Salary Range:

  • $120,000/year - $140,000/year + equity + benefits
