About Us

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive “sick-care” to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience of our clinics across North America, have allowed us to lead the charge against “we caught it too late again.” Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Bethesda, Chicago, and Atlanta, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years.

Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people’s lives! This is a fully remote role. Candidates located in the US (where we have clinic locations) are welcome to apply.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with external counsel and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving results across the organization
  • Stay ahead of the curve, conducting in-depth research and analysis to anticipate industry trends and guide informed decision-making
  • Empower our team through training and education, sharing your expertise on legal and compliance matters to promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Other responsibilities as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing with at least one state bar
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant legal experience; in-house experience a plus
  • Generalist experience but have deep experience in a few key areas - ideally commercial contracting and healthcare regulatory
  • Excellent project management abilities, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, effective within interdisciplinary teams
  • Ability to be creative and practical with a focus on innovation in a highly regulated industry
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to explain legal issues clearly, concisely and persuasively
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving startup environment and can handle a good deal of ambiguity
  • You are a great communicator and you know how to talk and write like a human, not a lawyer
