What you’ll do

  • Run all of the onboarding experience for new hires as well as Pre-start communication
  • Set up onboarding in ADP, Send out new hire documents, Schedule Onboarding Sessions, process I-9’s and Employee Agreements
  • Work with IT on account & laptop creation
  • Maintain pre-hire tracker and separation trackers
  • Handle all Compliance
  • Partner with security to complete annual SOC Audit
  • In-Office Responsibilities
    • Mail
    • Stocking
    • File room organizing/auditing
    • All-Hands support
    • Sending out form for Recognition
    • Adding anniversaries, new hires, and recognition
  • Engage in the development, planning, and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures

The interview process:

You will speak with the supervisor for this role, Senior Director, People Operations (perhaps more than once)You will complete and share your results of the 16-Personalities assessment with the People Operations team and the Director of People Operations. You can expect to see personality assessments for your boss, too!You will speak with peers and other members of the Talent, People Operations team (including the Chief People Office) and at least one Hiring Manager from an outside department

Your skill-set:

  • You have 3+ years of HR or People Operations experience
  • You are able to work cross functionally and within a close knit team
  • You have experience working within a high-growth, startup environment
  • You have a high attention to detail and are organized

As a member of the People Operations (Talent) team, you will work with a highly regarded team laser-focused on driving results for the business. Within 30 days you’ll

  • Develop an understanding of organizational structure, culture, policies, missions, and goals.
  • Review existing POPs programs and initiatives.
  • Partner with People Operations team to learn the onboarding process and other job related duties.

Within 60 days you’ll

  • Support employee onboarding experience.
  • Support employee files and related documentation as it pertains to compliance
  • Continue building internal relationships with colleagues and internal teams.

Within 90 days you’ll

  • Begin to handle inbound employee inquiries to the POPs inbox.
  • Start to take on more substantive tasks or projects as directed by your manager.
  • Support People operations team with employee changes, off-boarding and other activities.
