Position Summary:
Pendulum is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to create, build and foster relationships with the company’s growing health influencer partners. This person will work closely with Halle Berry’s team to help her in her role as Chief Communications Officer. This person will also manage relationships with new influencers introduced by Halle. Additionally, there are existing partnerships with doctors, dietitians, nutritionists, and other health influencers that will be managed by this person. The successful candidate is proactive, outgoing, collaborative and excited to drive new customer growth through the influencer channel. This person loves to take ownership and be impactful while also enjoying working in a dynamic environment and learning from other marketing team members, R&D, operations and the executive team.


  • Manage and grow key influencer partnerships
  • Prospect and negotiate new strategic partnerships, with a special focus on health influencers who host podcasts
  • Work closely with Senior Growth Manager to develop influencer strategies that align directly with business and growth goals
  • Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and voice
  • Regularly share reporting on program performance with leadership
  • Partner with Brand, Retention, E-Commerce, and Healthcare marketing teams as needed
  • Work with influencers across a number of channels such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Meta, podcasts and more!


  • 4-6 years of influencer and/or partnership marketing experience for a startup
  • Strong relationship and communication skills
  • Experience with affiliate marketing platforms, such as Commission Junction or Impact
  • Strong project management, attention to detail, a no-task-too-small mentality, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Experience working with project tracking software such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or Monday.com
  • Comfort with analyzing data and communicating results & insights
  • A self-starter and proactive, positive thinker, eager to learn and ask questions
  • Experience in health/wellness or CPG category is a plus
