Job Summary: As a Sr. Sales Development Representative - Outbound at ORO Labs, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying outbound sales leads based on a target account profile and lists, building relationships with potential customers, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead-to-customer conversion process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Development: Methodical and persistent outreach to key personas in outbound target accounts, conducting initial qualification, and determining potential customer fit based on the prospect’s situation.
- Prospecting: Engage with potential customers through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, particularly in procurement and supply chain management.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead information in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide necessary context for a smooth transition.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and the latest developments in procurement and supply chain SaaS offerings.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead qualification and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales development or a related role, preferably within the SaaS industry. ABM Enterprise segment exposure, with proven record converting leads to discovery meetings
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Proven track record of partnering with enterprise sales team on GTM planning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with procurement and supply chain management solutions.
- Experience using sales tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and other prospecting software.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding business development targets.
