Roles & Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Planning: Conduct content audits, develop roadmaps, and create strategies for both product UI and marketing materials.
• Writing: Craft micro-copy for interfaces, marketing materials (including website content and product release notes).
• User Research & Testing: Collaborate with UX and Customer Support teams for feedback sessions, usability testing, and establishing a feedback loop.
• Content Documentation & Guidelines: Create and maintain content style guides and training materials for cross-functional teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Implementation teams to enhance content workflows and establish a consistent voice and tone for ORO.

Expectations:

• Versatile Content Creation: Demonstrate a range of content types, including interface mastercopy, documentation, and marketing materials.
• Understanding UX Principles: Apply UX design thinking in your work and articulate your methodology.
• Content Management Systems: Proficiency in CMS tools and platforms.
• Persona Development & Usability Testing: Experience in creating personas and conducting usability tests.
• Metrics & Analysis: Monitor and analyze metrics such as conversion rates, user feedback, and engagement to guide content improvements.
