Requirements
- Proficiency in testing front-end applications.
- Experience in System Integration.
- Creating, planning, and writing test cases.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of the Testing Life Cycle.
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities.
- Identifying, documenting, and overseeing the resolution of bugs.
- Monitoring feature progress on JIRA and effectively collaborating with developers for issue resolution.
- Supporting various QA activities, including the development of test approaches, test cases, and test execution as required.
- Collaborating with technical resources to discuss and troubleshoot issues.
- Working independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge and Technical Skills
- Possessing 3-6 years of manual testing experience.
- Holding a degree in BTech/BS/MTech/MS in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Having a solid grasp of QA concepts.
- Proficiency in identifying test scenarios, designing test cases, executing tests, and managing defects.
- Competence in conducting Functional, Regression, and Integration testing.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology.
- Adept at manual testing and open to learning new technologies.
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrating enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to learn automation and work in both manual and automated testing.
- Knowledge of test automation is an added advantage.
- Experience in customer interactions and the ability to work self-managed, independently, or with minimal supervision.
