Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a world-class experience.
- Collaborate with the internal sales, engineering, and product teams to align customer needs with Observo AI’s offerings.
- Understand customer objectives and develop strategic account plans to achieve both customer success and business goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize customer ROI and revenue.
- Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, with at least 2 years representing a SaaS based solution.
- Proven experience in managing large enterprise accounts, particularly in the security, observability, security, or performance management sectors.
- Background in working for a startup and navigating the unique challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven technologies, cybersecurity, cloud resilience, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS solutions and enterprise software sales.
- Understanding of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools, cloud services, or incident response technologies.
- Technical background or the ability to understand and discuss complex technical solutions with clients.
