Nimble is looking for a dynamic full cycle contract recruiter to hire top talent within across multiple teams: Engineering, Sales, Operations, and G & A. As a part of Nimble's Talent team, you will ensure that Nimble attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. We will look to you to create the best experience for all of our candidates. Your responsibilities will include candidate sourcing and engagement, working full cycle recruiting pipelines, collaboration with hiring leaders throughout the interview process, and closing the candidates in the offer process.
You will:
- Source, engage, and hire mission-driven, quality candidates across multiple teams
- Maintain close collaboration with the business leaders and hiring managers to understand current and upcoming hiring needs
- Coordinate with hiring managers to research and plan sourcing funnels
- Conduct in depth phone screens for overall job/company fit
- Maintain a high engagement rate and provide an outstanding candidate experience
- Support the recruiting team by sharing tasks, knowledge, and ideas for improvement
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup environment and/or agency or high volume sales recruiting background
- Startup mindset and ability to hustle to get the job done
- Applicant Tracking System experience (ie. Lever, Greenhouse, etc.) and strong technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment, using metrics to guide decision-making
- Demonstrated experience managing through significant change/growth and delivering results, as well as staying flexible as priorities shift
- A team player, positive "can-do" attitude
