WHAT YOU WILL DO
Optimize our end-to-send website performance: Continuously improve our web experiences by tracking performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing data-driven strategies
Project management - Build and manage a process to partner with cross-functional stakeholders on website development and updates, and ongoing performance readouts.
Enhance User Journeys: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless and engaging user journeys that drive conversion and engagement.
Manage CMS: Oversee the usage of CMS to manage our website, provide ongoing documentation.
Innovate Website Improvements and Campaigns: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure website campaigns are innovative, effective, and aligned with overall marketing strategies.
Technical Oversight: Handle the technical aspects of the website, including managing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for ad-hoc reporting, investigations, and tracking setups
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing stakeholders such as integrated marketing, product marketing, UX, Creative, SEO, and Demand Generation to build and optimize web experiences and user journeys.
Data Analysis: Investigate user journey data to identify opportunities for improvement and report insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
SEO: Collaborate with your SEO counterpart to develop and implement an effective SEO strategy. This partnership will focus on optimizing the website to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic, ensuring the site is fully optimized and performing at its best.
Content Management: Oversee the creation, updating, and organization of website content to ensure it is engaging, accurate, and optimized for search engines.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for website development, hosting, and other related services.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective website campaigns.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience: 5+ years in website marketing or relevant roles with a passion for creating world class customer experiences.
Strategic Execution: Proven track record of aligning website strategies with marketing objectives and driving measurable success and pipeline impact.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in web analytics (Google Analytics), A/B testing, multivariate testing tools, and content management systems (experience with DatoCMS is a plus). Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
Communication: Excellent ability to communicate technical details to non-technical audiences.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with various experts across the organization and influence peers and leaders.
Creative Thinker: Big thinker who can develop innovative ideas to drive success
B2B Marketing: Strong background in B2B marketing strategies.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive results through optimization and experimentation.
Self-Starter: Independent, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of projects. Self-managed individual with a positive and collaborative attitude.
Superb customer-facing communication skills and a customer-first mentality.
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We typically target the low - mid point of the salary range to allow room for growth within the role. Your salary is dependent upon many factors, including years of experience, expertise, etc. During your first interview, you can expect to have an open conversation with your recruiter regarding your compensation expectations.
