WHAT YOU WILL DO
Oversee and prioritize immediate tasks due to the imminent departure of the current manager, ensuring their seamless continuation and timely completion.
Support current Iterable instance: Assist in navigating and optimizing our current Iterable instance to streamline project prioritization and enhance project delivery efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project timelines, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of milestones to optimize the database.
Develop and execute strategies for lifecycle marketing campaigns, focusing on enhancing engagement and net new opportunities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in SaaS B2B communications, showcasing a deep understanding of industry-specific nuances and best practices.
Develop and maintain robust strategies for existing and forthcoming lead nurturing programs, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
Aid in successfully rolling out product updates and announcements orchestrating marketing lifecycle flows to maximize their impact and reach.
Global Asynchronous Communication: Facilitate effective communication within a global team, emphasizing asynchronous methods. Availability from 7AM PST-10AM PST for stakeholder meetings is essential.
CRM Expertise: Proficiency in Iterable is preferred, but overall knowledge of managing and optimizing current workflows in marketing CRM is acceptable. Experience with SFDC (Salesforce) and Outreach is advantageous to enhance overall CRM functionality.
