Do you want the opportunity to talk about a product that is loved by customers, analysts, and employees alike? Then we need you to be our new Field Marketing Manager!

The Field Marketing Specialist will work with the North American Sales team to help with territory planning and account research while planning and executing in-person and digital field marketing events. The right person will be creative, a self-starter, and able to negotiate internally and externally to drive pipeline growth. They will be able to lead from all directions on the team, regardless of title or action.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the field and event strategy, and design appropriate campaigns around them

  • Create memorable in-person and digital events, drive registrations, and provide valuable insights to sales and marketing

  • Execute end-to-end for your events, including research, design, budgets, venues, speakers, execution, reporting, and optimization

  • Partner with sales on territory plans to best drive pipeline from target accounts

  • Cross-functionally support sales and marketing for ABM campaigns

  • Build and nurture relationships with key executive stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with sales or marketing teams

  • Proficient in reporting using Salesforce, Hubspot, or Marketo.

  • An understanding of building and executing event and campaign plans

  • History working with sales and marketing leadership on overall business and event strategies

  • Experience with ABM and ABS campaigns

  • Strong understanding of both sales and marketing goals and ability to work toward both

  • Ability to manage your own budget

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to make trade-off decisions

  • Some travel will be required

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience. Please note that the higher end of the salary range is typically not offered when initially commencing the role.
