At KYKLO, we provide our electrical & automation distributors customers the best plug & play e-commerce platform, with the best technical contents and UX. Your role will be to engineer product contents, SEO and navigation mechanics, with design rules unique to KYKLO, for delivering a unique experience to our customers... and their B2B customers.
In KYKLO, we’ve integrated it into our customer’s shop, ready to use! Thanks to our B2B features, we enable our customers to drive efficiency by automating different business processes such as order management, product information management, discount prices matrix or customer relationship management.
KYKLO is more than a “stand alone” and “ready to use” software:it is the platform that will make the electrical and mechanical community strongerthanks to product data sharing and peer to peer online transactions.

Skills and Experience

Good communication skills both written and verbal English.
Ability to relocate to Thailand and work at ourglobaltechnology mothership in downtown Bangkok, Thailand. Being already located in Thailand is a plus.
Basic to intermediate excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
3-5 years of experience working at a technical products manufacturer, in R&D or product marketing is a plus.
Engineering experience in:
R&D (hardware or software)

or
industrial design (manufacturing, process industry)
or
technical systems installation (any type of systems hardware setup)
or
Math/Physics science specialty (BSc. In Math / Physics / Statistics or equivalent)

Some particular skills:
- Ability to recognize patterns and build mechanisms to automate recognition and efficient build data upon this.
- Ability to understand and build algorithms (no need for machine learning / AI skills)
- Ability to work in a multi-national setting with other professionals from across the world, multiple religions, ages, women and men.
- Ability to learn autonomously, share learnings with others, and apply to actual work.
