Your Role

  • Expected Outcome: 100% of our customers webstores are L!VE within one month.
  • Coach/mentor/train our customers and lead them to having the highest potential outcome using KYKLO
  • Know our software and learn how to simplify it in a way that anyone can understand it, grasp it, and utilize it to the fullest.
  • Gather customer requirements and timeline in KYKLO application integration.
  • Managing stakeholder expectation to ensure the successful integration of the KYKLO application.
  • Provide UX feedback on design changes to stakeholders.
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative insights to identify customer experience opportunities and problem areas.
  • Use product analytics, customer research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers by continually gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Act as the voice of the customer when interacting with stakeholders and partners.
  • Understand and able to manage API integration process

Skills and Experience

  • You are a problem solver.
  • Good command in English. (e.g. TOEIC>700) both written and verbal
  • Ability to relocate to Thailand and work at our global technology HQ in downtown Bangkok, Thailand.
  • Be able to share customers’ feedback to the organization.
  • Ability to develop a fundamental understanding of KYKLO product and application, architecture and implementation best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills to propose solutions/workarounds for identified issues.
  • Ability to identify system gaps, document business processes, and convey the customized design to the software development team.
  • Can-do attitude and believe in continuous improvement
  • Have systematic working style with a high orientation to detail.
  • Willing and able to represent KYKLO.
  • 3+ years of experience in a client facing role in a technical field either dealing with distributors or in software implementation.
  • At least 1 year of experience with any web development technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap.
  • Skills in Excel is a must – Pivotal, VLOOKUP, basic formulas etc.
  • Be able to simplify complex issues so that the average person can understand.
  • Be great in person, on the phone, and via web sessions.
  • Be able to manage a customer’s state of mind- motivate them, coach them, calm them, make them happy.
  • A background in a technical, engineering, System Network engineer field is highly preferred.
  • Ability and desire to be self-motivated, learn, and work autonomously.
  • Ability to work in a multi-national setting with other professionals from across the world, multiple religions, ages, women and men.
  • Ability to learn autonomously, share learnings with others, and apply to actual work.
