Komodo Health is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations.

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will partner with the marketing team to implement and maintain an optimized lead flow and enhanced digital experience for our key buyer personas. The person in this role needs to have the ability to connect the dots between all digital platforms (website, marketing automation and CRM, SEO, Advertising, Social, etc.) with the ability to execute and implement heightened digital experiences that deliver a streamlined buyer experience, resulting in a higher lead to opportunity conversion rate and pipeline contribution.

Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have…

  • Led the team in delivering a successful implementation of a next-generation website, built with conversion-first principles.
  • Developed, led, and executed a continuous end-to-end digital marketing strategy.
  • Reported on the performance of digital marketing channels and established a baseline of key performance indicators and ROI.
  • Made critical adjustments to campaigns and strategies based on performance data for further optimizations.
  • Improved lead conversion and overall pipeline generation of digital channels.
  • Increased Domain Authority of Komodo Health website

You will accomplish these outcomes through the following responsibilities…

  • Provide end-to-end project management execution of impending next-generation website redesign; post-launch work to proactively improve upon existing web content, and drive conversion through continued testing and improvements.
  • Continuous deployment, operation, maintenance, optimization, and repair of the website (current and next-generation).
  • Implementation of digital marketing strategy on all digital channels including but not limited to the Website, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Hubspot, SEO, content, and email marketing.
  • Collaboration with the content team to implement a Hub/Spoke site structure
  • Implementation of a backlinking strategy (both internal and with external agencies)
  • Monthly measurement and reporting on KPIs and performance for all digital marketing channels.
  • Recommend and implement strategies and recommendations on increased/decreased investments for optimization based on performance.
  • Continuous monitoring and optimization of the website through SEO best practices to improve the website's position in search results pages.
  • Collaboration with vendor partners supporting digital marketing efforts.
  • Work cross-collaboratively with Content Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing teams to ensure accurate promotion of priority products and solutions or target audiences.

What you bring to Komodo Health (required):

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in digital marketing.
  • Previous experience working in a high-growth, SaaS B2B company.
  • Expert in project management execution and leading cross-functional, collaborative projects.
  • Expert in WordPress and Hubspot CRM.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Intellectually curious and fascinated by AI.
  • Highly organized self-starter who can work independently and flexibly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Additional skills and experience we’ll prioritize…

  • Healthcare/health-tech (or adjacent) experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in building reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Salesforce, Looker Studio, or Hubspot.
  • Expert with Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Microsoft Office Suite, SEO tools (e.g., SEM Rush), and WordPress.
  • Excellent Salesforce, Looker, Hubspot Analytics, and data analytics skills.
  • Fluent in content marketing and demand principles.
  • Proficient in using AI to assist throughout digital programs.

Compensation at Komodo Health

The pay range for each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of pay that we reasonably expect to pay across all U.S. locations and may span more than one career level. We carefully consider multiple business-related factors when determining compensation, including job-related skills, work experience, geographic work location, relevant training and certifications, business needs and market demands.

The U.S. national starting annual base pay for this role is listed below. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company’s sole discretion and in accordance with a written agreement or plan.
$85,200$128,000 USD

Where You’ll Work

Komodo Health has a hybrid work model; we recognize the power of choice and importance of flexibility for the well-being of both our company and our individual Dragons. Roles may be completely remote based anywhere in the country listed, remote but based in a specific region, or local (commuting distance) to one of our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago with remote work options.
