The Opportunity at Komodo Health:

The Professional Services Operations group is responsible for understanding team needs, identifying gaps, and coordinating and executing business priorities across the teams to drive impact and quantifiable improvements.

The Resource Manager will proactively engage with the Professional Services leadership team to identify project and staffing needs. The Resource Manager will also gain a meaningful understanding of the staff’s skills, interests, and experience to ensure efficient and effective deployment of staff on projects.

Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have accomplished…

  • Proactively identified gaps and overbooking in staffing
  • Identified ways to improve profit margins through efficient resourcing solutions
  • Raised staffing conflicts to leadership and offered solutions
  • Created/reviewed utilization reports and identified areas where utilization does not map to the resource plan and can be improved
  • Assisted in the improvement and standardized Business Unit templates and processes
  • Assisted on large projects as needed to help coordinate teams, artifacts and/or deliverables

You will accomplish these outcomes through the following responsibilities…

  • (10%) Work with different departments within the business unit to help manage and facilitate internal projects
  • (15%) Work with leadership to understand staff’s skills, interests, and experience
  • (25%) Manage project/resource management tool, updating employees, contractors, and projects
  • (25%) Work with the leadership team to assign staff to projects
  • (15%) Lead weekly staffing meetings
  • (10%) Attend portfolio status meetings and work with Project Managers as staffing plans changed

What you bring to Komodo Health (required):

  • Prior project coordinator and resource management experience, ideally in a consulting environment
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment with the ability to work across global teams
  • Experience facilitating meetings, demonstrate brainstorming/consensus building skills, and interacting with project sponsors at all levels
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies

Compensation at Komodo Health

The pay range for each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of pay that we reasonably expect to pay across all U.S. locations and may span more than one career level. We carefully consider multiple business-related factors when determining compensation, including job-related skills, work experience, geographic work location, relevant training and certifications, business needs and market demands.

The U.S. national starting hourly base pay range for this role is listed below. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company’s sole discretion.
$38.46$55.77 USD

Where You’ll Work

Komodo Health has a hybrid work model; we recognize the power of choice and importance of flexibility for the well-being of both our company and our individual Dragons. Roles may be completely remote based anywhere in the country listed, remote but based in a specific region, or local (commuting distance) to one of our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago with remote work options.
