The Opportunity:
As a Data Scientist at Kandji, your research will advance our virtual assistant by leveraging RAG, data modeling and prompt engineering. You will be a critical part of our R&D organization, collaborating with all parts of our product to assist with automated recommendations and insights for our customers.

How you will make a difference day to day:

  • Develop new LLM agents that serve as part of a greater AI assistant infrastructure.
  • Work closely with app development teams to request their data to feed into KAI and provide feedback to iterate on the initial data model.
  • Iterates on LLMs to increase accuracy and efficiency in identifying and solving problems within customers fleets.
  • Work closely with engineers, product managers, and decision-makers to align data science projects with business objectives.
  • Innovate and implement novel, effective ways to use our data to monitor for successful transactions between the assistant and our customers.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 4+ years of practical experience in data science roles.
  • A proven track record of getting machine learning models into production, as well as LLM experience.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling; proficiency in Python and SQL is essential.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into a compelling narrative.
  • Familiarity with LLM concepts and trends.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
