The Opportunity
Kandji is seeking a passionate Product Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market initiatives and position our endpoint security solutions as the industry standard for fast-growing businesses. If you possess insatiable curiosity and a strong drive, this is an opportunity to take your career to the next level alongside an exceptional team.
You will own the product marketing strategy and initiatives for our endpoint security product line. You'll become the expert in our customers, use cases, competitors, and the ecosystem; creating compelling content to support each step of the customer journey. You'll also work closely with your counterparts across marketing, product, and revenue to lead go-to-market for product launches, and drive other key initiatives.

How you will make a difference day to day:

  • Ensure buyers have what they need to educate themselves on Kandji at every step in their journey.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts to bring new products to market. This includes planning, crafting positioning and messaging, executing launches, creating deliverables, and reporting on results.
  • Build assets for demand generation campaigns, sales enablement, product experiences, and more.
  • Identify opportunities to produce breakthrough campaigns and demand-generating moments.
  • Synthesize insights from customer calls, competitive data, and product interactions. Be the voice of the customer for the marketing, revenue, and product teams.
  • Improve the internal/external awareness of existing and new product differentiators.
  • Contribute to strategic plans and annual forecasts.
  • Help grow the product marketing function and establish best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4-6+ years of product marketing experience in high-growth B2B SaaS (a subset of time can be in adjacent roles like growth marketing).
  • Strong writing skills. Comfortable crafting product descriptions, website copy, and sales collateral.
  • Experience ideating and creating multimedia content for websites, email, advertising, social media, and more.
  • Big-picture thinker combined with hands-on executer. Not just an effective strategist, but someone who can get their hands dirty and deliver.
  • Hyper-organized and comfortable wrangling resources, timelines, technology, and people to accomplish objectives.
  • Takes personal ownership for the highest standard of excellence in all aspects of work.
  • Track record of overcoming challenges with resourcefulness, insight, and attention to detail.
  • Desire and ability to gain in-depth knowledge of customer jobs to be done, the Kandji product, competitors, and the broader ecosystem.
  • You start with "why"—weaving "why does this matter" into your work and messaging.
  • Enthusiasm to roll up the sleeves and do whatever it takes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You have hands-on experience in IT, information security, engineering, or some other similar technical role.
  • You are currently a technical product marketing manager or solutions marketing manager.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS product marketing for cybersecurity, IT, device management, or other products with technical buyers.
