The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Commercial sales team in the East region. This role focuses on managing a high-velocity sales team, driving quick sales cycles, and ensuring that we meet and exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing transactional sales teams, with a proven ability to close deals quickly and efficiently.

How you'll make a difference day to day:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives focused on the Commercial segment. Provide coaching and development to ensure the team is achieving its sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that drives quick deal closures and maximizes revenue in the Commercial market. Align the team's efforts with the company's overall sales goals.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze the team’s performance metrics, providing actionable insights and adjustments to drive continuous improvement.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities, with a focus on high-velocity, transactional sales. Ensure the team effectively manages their pipeline and drives deals to close within the targeted time frame.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and positioning Kandji’s solutions effectively to meet those needs.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market insights to the Head of Sales. Provide accurate sales forecasts and identify areas for growth and improvement.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role, preferably in a high-velocity, transactional sales environment.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing a sales team, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and driving quick deal closures.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with IT management solutions or the ability to quickly learn and understand technical products.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
