The Opportunity
Kandji is looking for a Account Based Marketing Manager (ABM) who is passionate about driving pipeline and revenue growth through ABM campaigns, including gifting, email, targeted events at a global scale, collaboration with our sales and partner/channel teams, and more. You will have the backing of a best-in-class team, excellent product-market fit, and a clearly defined marketing strategy to help you get there.
How you will make a difference day to day
- Execute focused awareness and pipeline creation ABM campaigns.
- Support the growth of our North America, EMEA, and APAC offices with localized ABM campaigns.
- Manage a diverse range of marketing campaigns leveraging email, gifting, social media, content creation, events, and ads to target high-quality accounts with targeted messaging.
- Support pipeline generation by collaborating with our Partner & Channel teams on events and campaigns.
- Take ownership of campaigns to up-sell and cross-sell additional licenses & SKUs.
- Report back to the Marketing team, leadership, and other stakeholders with campaign results and learnings.
Minimum qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience working in an ABM, Demand Generation and/or Growth Marketing role at a company targeting specific accounts with global reach, preferably in enterprise SaaS or technology companies.
- Experience planning, owning, and reporting on marketing campaigns.
- Proven success with email marketing and events management.
- Experience working with Sales Teams to drive accounts through the funnel.
- Data-driven mindset of optimization: Always be looking for A/B testing opportunities to optimize conversion rates and utilize data to personalize campaigns.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills to manage a high volume of concurrent requests while maintaining quality.
- Collaborator and team player who can work within a matrixed environment with strong cross-functional project leadership skills.
- Positive approach to problem solving through analytical thinking and operational efficacy.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Hubspot.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Adaptability and flexibility in handling diverse marketing tasks.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in Partner/Channel Marketing.
