The Opportunity
Kandji is seeking a Sr. Manager, Search Marketing, reporting to the VP of Growth, where your data-driven finesse meets the world of complex paid search accounts. Join our vibrant team to steer campaigns on prominent platforms like Google AdWords and Bing Ads, collaborating seamlessly with diverse experts to propel the Kandji business.

Navigate through vast data landscapes to craft strategies that empower you to thrive in competitive markets. Forge strategic partnerships across departments, enriching marketing automation and personalization. How you will make a difference day to day
· Paid Search Mastery: Showcase your expertise in managing intricate global paid search accounts, crafting and optimizing campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords and Bing Ads.
· Data-Driven Insights: Make impactful decisions in competitive markets by analyzing vast data sets, turning insights into strategies that drive success.
· Global Growth: Collaborate with diverse teams, including marketing leaders, revenue operations and analytics, and creatives, to expand our business globally.
· Optimization and Experimentation: Create, optimize, and scale campaigns while experimenting with copy and landing page variations to achieve peak performance.
· Reporting and Collaboration: Monitor performance trends, share insights with marketing and revenue teams, and work alongside acquisition channel managers for effective cross-channel strategies. Deliver monthly and quarterly updates and creative insights.
· Innovative Partnerships: Partner with Revenue and teams across the marketing org to understand the buying journey and what key messaging looks like.
· Relationship Management: Manage relationships with agencies and Google and Bing account teams to foster effective collaborations.
· SEO Program Growth: Lead the SEO function including strategy development and execution of the SEO programs and related page and web work. Collaborate with Comms, Events, and PR partners on programs to deliver high volumes of organic traffic
Minimum Requirements
· 8+ years of experience in SEM
· Global search campaign management experience
· Proficiency using spreadsheets for data manipulation; familiarity with data systems like Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Snowflake, and Hex.
· Experience with various campaign types: Search, Display (GDN), Video (YouTube), Discovery App, Google ads, Bing ads
· Experience presenting paid search strategies to executives and large teams
· Track record of continuously measuring and scaling innovative SEO strategies, tactics, and tools.
· Experience reporting holistically on search volume trends and share of voice
· Proven experience managing accounts with a monthly spend of $500K+.
· Strong analytical skills and a knack for deriving actionable insights from data.
· Exceptional communication abilities to present insights to stakeholders.
· Collaboration proficiency across cross-functional teams.
· Previous success in campaign optimization and restructuring for efficiency.
· Required to work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Managers may require additional on-site days.
Nice to Haves
· Cyber security and/or IT audience experience
· Ability to write search ad copy
· Ability to program for dashboards and data feeds
· Experience with keyword listening and technical SEO audits
