About your role

The Enterprise Sales team at Juniper Square works with the world's largest investment managers focused on real estate, real assets and multi-strategy private equity strategies. Enterprise Account Executives are responsible for leading the entire sales process and driving revenue. Our existing and prospective clients will rely on you to be consultative and map Juniper Square’s solutions to their business needs. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building durable and trusted relationships, managing the evaluation, forecasting deals accurately, and hitting revenue targets.

What you’ll do

  • Build durable relationships with the world’s largest firms and help evolve the industry to a better client reporting experience.

  • Drive revenue by selling Juniper Square’s solutions for fund administration and investor relations technology.

  • Manage the business relationship of key accounts by aligning and leveraging a team of resources across Sales, Marketing, Fund Administration and Executive leadership.

  • Provide existing and prospective customers a best-in-class buying experience while focusing on their needs.

  • Build consensus, executive alignment, and influence across relevant levels and departments to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Identify key focus areas for an engagement, discover how the existing or prospective clients works in a current state, align on a desired future state of their business, craft a compelling sales strategy for the engagement, demonstrate how Juniper Square’s solutions can add value, and then quantify the amount of value Juniper Square can create.

  • Manage your pipeline, research and engage all of your accounts, and develop an on-going business plan for success.

  • Meet or exceed revenue goals in alignment with the company’s operating model

  • Represent Juniper Square by attending industry events and associations.

  • Learn how the industry operates and become an expert in private markets.

  • Oversee the paper process including managing the contracting and coordination between deal desk, legal and other stakeholders on both sides

  • Land new clients and develop an on-going account revenue strategy for upsells & cross-sells in partnership with cross-functional teams.

  • Support cross-functional teams to ensure customers’ success.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3+ years of enterprise sales experience.

  • Real estate, real assets or private equity experience or an advanced understanding of the private markets.

  • Ability to drive sales through complex organizational structures and multiple decision-makers. Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales approach is essential.

  • A commitment to operating ethically using integrity and aligning to company values.

  • Ability to communicate at an executive level to lead and manage many projects, with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Self-motivation, curiosity, resourcefulness, and accountability to learn and grow.

  • Successful track record of exceeding quota in an entrepreneurial role, sales or startup environment.

  • Familiarity with using a CRM to maintain account information, accurately forecast, and manage deal pipeline activity.

  • As needed, the ability to travel onsite for meetings and presentations.

  • Experience selling Fund Administration or Professional Services is a plus.

Compensation

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, commissions, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. on-target earnings for this role are between $300,000 - $350,000 and commissions are uncapped providing the ability to earn accelerators based on performance. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
