We are looking for a Junior Vendor Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the vendor management process, maintain relationships with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. You will assist with contract negotiations, monitor vendor performance, and provide administrative support to the vendor management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct vendor risk assessments, ongoing evaluations, and reporting activities.
• Maintain and communicate vendor program and status to leadership on a regular basis.
• Maintain and update vendor records in internal systems.
• Ensure proper vendor onboarding and offboarding
• Track and evaluate supplier performance and compliance with requirements
• Support contract negotiations and renewals.
• Coordinate communication between vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor-related documentation, including supporting policies, standards and procedures.
• Ensure effective communication in English, both spoken and written, with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to present and represent data to external auditors as required
• Ability to perform additional duties as required by management including evidence collection for audit purposes.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Gsuite or similar tools.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in vendor management or procurement is a plus.
