We’re looking for a junior Product Designer to join our Budapest office helping us design our product while keeping in mind the omnichannel user experience.
When you join our team, you’ll work with the designers, product managers, and software engineers. Your role will be to take part in the design process from problem-framing to building conceptual solutions and to help deliver experiences that benefit our customers and their business.

About the role:

  • Work closely with other members of the team (both the scrum team and the design team)
  • Conduct best practice audits, take part in user research, gather and study analytics, prepare desk research
  • Work with designers, product managers and go-to-market (GTM) teams to understand customer requirements
  • Organize and analyze research findings for a better understanding of user insight
  • Create user stories, personas, and storyboards
  • Assist in wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and creating user flows
  • Conduct usability testing
  • Translate validated concepts into experiences through interaction design and high-fidelity visual composites
  • Make specific design decisions individually and using the guidance of more experienced designers
  • Use and take part in the maintenance of the internal design system

About you:

  • You have at least 6 months experience working with or being part of an agile product development team
  • Have enthusiasm for learning and adopting UX design skills and techniques
  • Have a keen interest and understanding of the tools and practices of HCD and UX
  • Be familiar with or have a growing level of knowledge about the interaction design principles
  • Have analytical skills, be able to identify problems, and come up with solutions
  • Have a user-first mindset — lots of empathy, advocacy, and a passionate drive to do what's right
  • Be flexible in supporting the team
  • Have a desire to understand how research, data and instinct play into decision-making in design
