We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team who is eager to help navigate market needs and deliver valuable solutions to our customers.

About the role:
- 1-2 years of experience in a product management and/or emerging product owner role.
- Work collaboratively with senior product management to help create product priorities and roadmaps for Hearsay Social.
- Help define product requirements and manage these requirements from ideation to roadmap to launch.
- Leverage product lifecycle management skills to help organize and prioritize work, collaborating with Engineering and Design in a scrum team model.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to help scrum teams achieve the set Sprint goals by prioritizing work and identifying dependencies.
- Work cross-functionally with other Product, Design and Engineering teams and key stakeholders to identify dependencies and synergies.
- Own the product metrics for Hearsay Social initiatives and features, monitoring key indicators to determine product health, usage, and impact for our users and Hearsay’s business.
- Support the creation of product documentation and training materials to support product launches and updates
About you:
- Developing skills to drive outcomes as a Product Manager.
- Developing experience in product lifecycle management, familiarity with the Agile framework and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in incorporating feature requests into product roadmaps, grooming and prioritizing a backlog, developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Engineering and Design in a “three in the box” model.
- Developing skills in lean development, and Scrum practices and rituals.
- Successful in interfacing with Go-To-Market teams and key stakeholders and helping management get to the crux of business problems to be solved.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in engaging with customers and being a part product discovery sessions with outside stakeholders.
- Understanding the importance of delighting the user and helping deliver tangible and measurable ROI to the buyer.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
It is a plus if you have:
- Working experience with Design Thinking and/or Lean Product Development
- Experience working with Social Media and/or Customer Engagement platforms
- Experience bringing commercial SaaS products to market
