We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team who is eager to help navigate market needs and deliver valuable solutions to our customers.

Your role will be to help solve for how our customers communicate and engage with clients to build stronger relationships and grow their business.

Hearsay Relate helps firms improve the client-advisor experience by making business communications simple and reliable while meeting global requirements from FINRA, SEC, IIROC, FCA, PRA, and other regulatory bodies.
More than just text and mobile calls, Relate turns agent and advisor devices into mobile productivity centers. Using AI-based automation, team delegation, and workflows, teams can use their desktop and mobile devices to service clients and convert prospects into clients faster and more efficiently.
The Hearsay Relate team is a multidisciplinary group of developers, designers, and product managers spread across five scrum teams.

About the role:

  • Be responsible for understanding Hearsay’s engagement channels and business platform; the client retention and growth lifecycle in a number of financial services sectors; and how to bring those together to drive success for advisors, agents, and the enterprises they represent
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing market research, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market insights and business objectives.
  • Help prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment, considering input from stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
  • Support the product development process from ideation through to launch, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and acceptance testing.
  • Monitor product performance and metrics, conduct user testing and feedback sessions, and iterate on features to improve usability and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in creating product documentation, training materials, and marketing collateral to support product launches and updates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to SaaS and product management.

About you:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience in product lifecycle management, including the Agile framework with a preference for experience with multiple Scrum teams and familiarity with concepts and best practices.
  • Comfortable translating product requirements and understanding technical concepts to drive effective collaboration with design and engineering partners and develop solutions
  • Experience leading collaboration between design, development, and business stakeholders to determine how to effectively address a problem
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in engaging with customers and leading product discovery sessions with outside stakeholders
  • Know how to strike the right balance between delighting the user and delivering measurable ROI to the buyer
  • Passion and work history in financial services strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and strong communication skills
  • Successful experience interfacing with cross-functional teams and customers to get to the underlying business problems

It is a plus if you have:

  • Working experience with Design Thinking and/or Lean Product Development
  • Experience working with A2P Messaging Platforms
  • Experience working with Automation
