Hearsay is building a team in Mexico City and we're excited to hire a proactive Senior Software Engineer to join our Professional Services team! We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in building and deploying custom technology and integration solutions to compliment and raise the bar in our product & services offerings. As a Senior Software Engineer for our Professional Services team at Hearsay, you’ll have the opportunity to influence, architect, and release various end-to-end integration solutions solving the unique needs of our end users and customers. This is a distributed team, so being comfortable collaborating in a remote environment is critical.

Regarding Hybrid Work: We provide a lot of flexibility for working in a way that keeps our employees productive. We have a great office in Mexico City that is available for those that want to work from there, or else with the company provided laptop it’s possible to work from anywhere. All we ask in return is being available to work from the office on the infrequent occasions where we have team meetings or out of town visitors, which can be as little as 2-3 days/month.
