About the Role

The Solutions Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration of our platform into client systems while driving customer satisfaction. This role blends technical expertise with exceptional communication skills to support pre- and post-sales engagements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Assist in integrating automation frameworks (Appium, Selenium) with the HeadSpin platform.
  • Support client-specific needs through scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Act as the technical liaison, ensuring smooth onboarding and platform adoption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including API calls and system performance.
  • Train clients and share best practices to maximize platform value.
  • Customize solutions for clients using scripting and automation tools.
  • Utilize SQL for data querying and reporting to extract actionable insights.
  • Document technical workflows, solutions, and client interactions.
  • Generate reports on system performance and customer success metrics.

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with SQL for database queries.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Appium or Selenium.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn and grow.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with integrating CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Experience with APIs and SaaS platforms.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
