  • Build scalable processes to uncover skill, knowledge, and resource gaps within go-to-market teams and set enablement priorities
  • Build and deliver outstanding and high-impact learning experiences, and supporting tools and resources (including establishing, managing, and evolving a scalable enablement “tech stack”), to foster an environment of growth and improvement for a wide range of personas
  • Develop, manage, and deliver onboarding experiences (supplemental to Guild-wide onboarding) for go-to-market teams

  • Nurture strong relationships with senior leadership (SVP+) across Guild

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • Experience setting the vision and priorities for an enablement team serving multiple audiences
  • Advanced knowledge of enablement practices and tools
  • Proven experience delivering high-impact enablement experiences grounded in business priorities, and mentoring others to do so
  • Ability to think at both a big-picture, strategic level and a detailed, execution-orient level
  • Something else? Wonderful, we’re curious to learn more about you!
