As Creative Director, you will shape and drive the creative strategy across all of Guideline’s platforms and brand experiences, including web, digital, social, email, and more. You’ll play a pivotal role in reimagining our brand identity, translating our product vision into a compelling and unified marketing presence for the ecosystem of audiences we serve — businesses, savers, and partners.

Leading a team of designers and agency resources, you’ll inspire a collaborative and design-centric culture that elevates the bar across the organization. Reporting to the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, you’ll be connected to the heart of our business — responsible for evolving a brand voice that harnesses our mission, inspires trust, and fosters deep customer connections.
